Carrion and Dream Memorial Scholarship

On September 15, 2002 we lost an amazing woman, Carmen Delia Carrion-Puno. She had been living with Diabetes and the complications from this disease for over 25 years. September 2012 marked the 10 year anniversary of her passing. This memorial scholarship was created to contribute something that would help us remember her life, and to help inspire another life.
