Elizabeth Shafer Memorial Scholarship

Elizabeth “Liz” Shafer was a student at Odyssey Charter High School. She had many interests and a love of numerous activities, including gymnastics and snowboarding. However, her true talents and passions were in the culinary science and visual arts. Liz had the dream and goal to combine her passion and talents to become a professional chef. Her specialties were Chinese dishes, desserts and always the presentation. This scholarship has been created with love in her memory.
