Lynn Ann Lescenski and Norita Espinosa

Charlie F. Vaughn was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. A graduate from the University of Missouri at Rolla with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he was vice president of Nevada Power Company (NV Energy) and retired as president of their subsidiary, Nevada Electric Investment Company. He was an active member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, holding leadership positions at both the national and state levels of the various chapters. Education was a paramount in his life and he made sure it was available for his children and grandchildren. He would be pleased to help other aspiring engineers attend college.
