Peter J. Porter for the Music Scholarship

Current high school seniors or current college students living in Clark County, Nevada who have an overall 2.5 or higher GPA and a 3.5 GPA in music courses may apply for this scholarship. Students must attend a college/university in Nevada and major or minor in music. Students must enroll in college as a full-time student. Four scholarships in the amount of $500 will be awarded.

Verification of college enrollment (class schedule) will be required during the summer before a check is mailed to the college. Scholarship funds must be applied toward tuition, fees and other appropriate educational expenses. These funds will be disbursed in equal payments over two semesters.
