Friends and Family of Joseph Michael Landolfi, Jr.
Joseph was the oldest of five children. He was the ideal older brother who looked after his siblings. Joseph took an interest in learning about history around the age of 11. He was an introvert who loved to read books and play computer games in his spare time. He would read and sometimes re-read books about WWII and world leaders. Joseph had a huge heart and often put himself last over taking care of others. His dream was to complete a higher education with a degree in Business and minor in Political Science. He daydreamt of running for public office and servicing his community one day.
Joseph was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Acute Myeloid Leukemia at the age of 19. Two weeks later he passed away. Joseph would have wanted to help others even now that he’s gone, which is why his friends and family have established this scholarship. His friends and family hope to see others live the dream he couldn’t, by going to college and/or university to further their education.
