Richard Fait Memorial Scholarship

Richard Fait was a Certified Public Accountant and banker in South Dakota before moving to Las Vegas in 2000. Richard was involved in many organizations during his life. He was a past president of the Canton, SD Jaycees, a past Lions and Rotary Club member, past president of the Sioux Falls Corvette Club, a member of Quiet Birdmen and a past president and member of both the Sioux Falls Noon Sertoma and the Las Vegas Paradise Sertoma Club. Richard had a boldness and enthusiasm for life and loved having the opportunity to help others by giving back to the community with his involvement in service organizations. Richard lost his battle with Parkinson’s Disease in 2020 and this scholarship is given in memory of him.
